We design and manufacture cores and dies at our Bayswater workshop — and we work with any extruder, not just Steele or Händle machines. If you’re pushing clay through it, we can supply the tooling for it.

Core bridges We custom manufacture core bridges in-house at Bayswater. Each bridge is made to suit your specific brick profile and extruder geometry. Australian made, built to last, and designed with the kind of practical input that only comes from people who understand the extrusion process end to end.

Shaper caps We cut shaper caps to your required profile. Whether you’re running standard brick, specials, or something more unusual, we can work from your existing sample or drawings to produce caps that fit and perform correctly.

Die bases Die bases wear over time and can be relined rather than replaced outright. We reline die bases to restore them to a serviceable condition, saving the cost and lead time of a full replacement.
