Fabrication services
A fully equipped workshop. At your disposal.
Our Bayswater workshop isn’t just for maintaining and refurbishing our own equipment. We have a range of specialist fabrication machinery available and offer workshop services to our customers and, where capacity allows, to other businesses with the right kind of work.
Our Equipment
EDM machines (x2) We run two Electrical Discharge Machining units, capable of producing precise, complex components from hardened materials that conventional machining can’t easily handle. Ideal for tooling, dies, and intricate parts where tight tolerances matter.
Spark eroder Our spark eroder allows us to remove broken tooling, taps, and fasteners from components without damaging the surrounding material — a capability that saves what would otherwise be scrap or costly replacements.
Wash grinder Our wash grinder produces flat, smooth finishes to precise tolerances — used across our own die and tooling work and available for external jobs requiring accurate surface preparation.
What We Can Help With
Our fabrication capability is particularly well suited to:
-
Die and tooling manufacture and repair
-
Precision component fabrication
-
Removal of broken tooling or fasteners
-
Surface finishing and grinding to tolerance
-
One-off and small batch machining jobs
-
Workshop support for plant maintenance requirements
Who We Work With
Our workshop primarily supports our own service work — auger refurbishment, cores and dies, equipment maintenance — but we have capacity to take on external jobs. If you have a fabrication requirement that suits our equipment and capability, get in touch and we’ll let you know whether we can help.
Add Convenience for Existing Customers
If you’re already sending parts to us for maintenance or refurbishment, it makes sense to bundle any small machining jobs into the same shipment. Rather than organising a separate run to a third-party machinist, you can include the work with your regular parts order and get everything back together. It saves time, reduces freight, and means the work is done by people who already know your equipment.
What you need, when you need it.
